Point Orange Swirl boy. Pushed out of their homes in early July,
the two (12) week kittens took residence in a weed lot. An anonymous

the father surrendered the cat family to the MDSPCA. Mr Schubert

June 2002. Our Sandy & Ben fostered two litters of very
small kittens. Ben & Sandy had visited a rowhouse backyard to
find that a mother with kittens had taken refuge in a cardboard
box. Ben squeezed shut the open box then transferred the whole
family to a crate. Mommy stayed with her kittens
for six weeks. She received our vet care then returned to the
safe backyard with the kind Greek retired couple. The second
litter was found with mother in a basement window of a school
in Canton, Balto City. The mother
remains with Sandy & Ben. We found homes for all ten kittens
using classified in The Baltimore Sunpaper. The families received
our SNAP Certificates for Eastern Animal Hospital.

recently tamed by rescuer, Angela Caviness. Three kittens and
their mother were rescued from the alley at Holabird Management
Public Housing Apts in zip 21222. Herb spent one year Sept 2000
through Sept 2001 rescuing the thirty cats on the apartment
grounds. The adoption turned out badly. In December, the youngsters
jumped out the door and down the street. In the rowhouse development,
they were never seen again. They were not altered as promised
by Mrs. Barnes. Mrs. Barnes was given phone pole posters and
Herb searched the area. A newspaper ad was useless because no
one reads in this subdivision.

a mature rolly-polly black girl who had been abandoned at The
Kane Bag Company in Canton. Herb transported "Samantha" to Megan
