10/02/05 HILLENDALE - Martha Ibey says on 10/02/05 the fourth Grya Yearling disappeared on 07/10/05. Aslo, about 07/05/05 a New Mother had a litter of kittens under her porch and were trapped by neighbor without her permission.
10/08/05 ROSEDALE - 33rd St - Annie Waite caught five of six Gray Kittens about 3 weeks old. Their mother was probably trapped by neighbor. The kittens are safe with us.
10/08/05 BANK ST - Dallas Ct - Tuxedo Cat is about to deliver kittens.
10/10/05 BANK ST - Dallas ct - Tuxedo Cat eludes our trap.
10/15/05 BANK ST - Dallas Ct - Trap three cats but not the mother.
10/05/05 ROSEDALE - 33rd St - Second Gray Kitten died at NOON at Academy Animal Hospital.
10/14/05 ELKTON, MD Rachel Cooper says the Dallas Ct Black Boy and Bird River Black Girl have adjusted well.
10/17/05 ST HELENA - Parnell Ave - Our one of three Brown Tabby Kittens becomes deathly ill and is euthanized at Academy AH at 9:55 PM.
10/18/05 ST HELENA - St Helena Ave- Diane Cain adopts the two kittens born in August after they were spayed 10/17/05 at Academy AH. Herb has Mother Calico Cat in foster care.
10/24/05 ROSEDALE - 33rd St - Annie Waite adopts the Slender Black Girl after she is spayed at Eastern AH.
10/27/05 IRVINGTON Leeds St - Discovered white mother and two six week kittens under large enlsoed porch.
10/27/05 MCCULLOUGH ST @ DRUID PARK - After phone call from Charlene Williams, Herb visited and picked up one newborn dead kitten with a crying kitten cuddled against her. The newborn kitten died 10/28/05 9:00 AM despite bottle feeding.
10/30/05 IRVINGTON - Mass Ave - Discovered Black Mom and two kittens at garbage can of overgrown yard.
10/30/05 BAYLISS ST - Trapped the Double Mustache Father who migrated from lower Clinton St.

MONTHLY WEATHER WAS:
10/06/05 rain overnight 10/07/05 torrential rain all daynight until 4:00 PM on 10/08/05. Light rain for two hours then hard rain started 5:30 PM.

10/12/05 rain overnight.
10/21/05 8:45 AM rain started. 6:30 PM rain startd for 18 continuous hours until NOON 10/22/05.

GLENELG UPDATE: 11/07/05 Donna reports our five cats in good order after three years since 09/23/02 in their shed residence. (See Our Statistics year 2003 #300, 304-306, 316. 325) Shania Cat was transferred to a lone barn home due to possible asthma; Michelle arrives from woods once per week; Brittany, Justin and Lizzy are comfortable in shed. The kitten "Comet" #316 disappeared Christmas 2002.

07/16/05 The Tabby Kitten "Gilligan" dies at The Emergency Animal Clinic following a sudden episode of Panleukopenia. Asymptomatic kittens can express the virus during stress such as crate confinement.
07/17/05 Charlene says Tuxedo Mother had kittens 7/14/05 during day.
10/27/05 Charlene called saying a litter of newborn kittens was in the yard. Herb picked up a dead kiten plus a crying kitten who died the next morning. Charlene said another kitten was already dead.
