10/06/04 Ponca St. - Diane Roberts & Herb trapped the elusive Too Smart Calico Mother who birthed a number of litters.
10/12/04 McCullough St Tuxedo Kitten #1 died in crate. X-Ray revealed a misaligned C1-2 vertebrae meaning he jumped upon by two larger kittens resulting in fracture of neck.
10/15/04 McCullough St Tuxedo Kitten #2 died at 1:15 AM 10/16/04 of pan-leukopenia (feline distemper - G.I. virus) see below.
These were painful losses for Herb.
10/29/04 Herb found our Annapolis Junction cat dead in the drive lane. See below.
10/31/04 Irvington - 105 S Collins. Gray/White Kitten dead in alley.
Herb traps a small tuxedo kitten probably forced outdoors.

10/09/04 11:50 PM by Herb Morrison: "On the roadway I found a yellow labrador who was just hit by a cowardly motorist.
Other cars were also going by. I stopped but the big boy would not allow me to touch him.
He was paralyzed and shivering.
I called 911 and the County Police arrived promptly. They would not accept my offer to transport him to AEC."

MCCULLOUGH ST. 09/28/04 frantic night call from Charlene saying one baby kitten crushed behind trash can.
09/29/04 Baby not crushed. Herb traps DLH Black/White Mom and one of her Tuxedo Kittens. Mom was FIV(+) and euthanized at Eastern Animal Hospital.
09/30/04 Herb takes all five of the frantic call kittens.
10/12/04 one Tuxedo Kitten killed by neck fracture in crate during play by another kitten.
10/15/04 second Tuxedo Kitten became grossly ill at 6:30 PM and died at 1:15 AM. Fecal test at Academy Animal Hospital showed pan-leukopenia.
10/16/04 Two Gray Babies admitted to Academy Animal Hospital. Pan-Leuk is negative.
WASHNGTON BLVD @ CAREY ST. 10/19/04 Janice Boring finally captures elusive Black Kizzy who had many litters. She receives Our Vet Care at Eastebr Animal Hospital.
Janice also picked up a large tame Orange who received Our Vet Care at Academy Animal Hospital.
ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION 09/20/04 Shiny Black Girl #545 made first appearence since 04/10/04 when she was spayed and released. Shw is well-nourished and probably onsite the whole time.
09/21/04 She was on the lawn then walked into the brush.
10/21/04 Black Girl strolled up to the dinner plate.
10/26/04 Black Girl again.
10/28/04 Black Girl sitting on the lawn by brick wall then strolled under the tree to the dinner plate.
10/29/04 9:00 AM I found our Girl dead in the drive lane. She was badly struck in the rear hip by a vehicle then probably run over head by another car.
She was well-nourished about 10 pounds with thick fur. I took her body to Eastern Animal Hospital.

200 DALLAS CT - Perkins Homes 21231 11/01/04 A tuxedo cat was killed in the drive lane. Her body repeatedly crushed. No one moved her body. Probably one of ours.
Also, A Stripe Nose Tuxedo and a Black probably both ours migrated from Herring Ct.
