09/27/04 1621 Bank St:
Ruffie Cat, nice DLH Tuxedo Cobby Girl and Our Tabby Mom, (# 446 in OurStatistics 2003) moved on 09/22/04. Tiger Cat is missing.
A furry Tuxedo cat found dead by Lisa in a breezeway Fleet & Bond Sts. Herb picked up her body.

ANOTHER GREAT SADNESS WAS:

09/14/04 CAMBRIDGE IRON - Our Owl-Eared Tuxedo Girl was vehicle killed. Herb wrapped her body and transported to Eastern Animal Hospital for cremation.

MONTHLY WEATHER WAS:
09/08/04 rain overnight and all day.

09/13/04 rain storm 2:00-6:00 PM.
09/17/04 rain started 7:00 PM. All cats fed thru 12:30 PM when downpour started.

MCCULLOUGH ST. 09/28/04 frantic night call from Charlene saying one baby kitten crushed behind trash can. 09/29/04 Baby not crushed. Herb traps DLH Black/White Mom and one of her Tuxedo Kittens. Mom was FIV(+) and euthanized at Eastern Animal Hospital. 09/30/04 Herb takes all five of the frantic call kittens.
UPDATE: 10/12/04 one Tuxedo Kitten killed by neck fracture in crate during play by another kitten 10/15/04 second Tuxedo Kitten became grossly ill at 6:30 PM and died at 1:15 AM. Fecal test at Academy Animal Hospital showed pan-leukopenia.

CAROLINE @ BANK ST 08/23/04 The long lost Gray Boy appeared looking healthy. He enjoyed some wet food and kibble.

. ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION 09/20/04 Shiny Black Girl #545 made first appearence since 04/10/04 when she was spayed and released. Shw is well-nourished and probably onsite the whole time.
09/21/04 She was on the lawn then walked into the brush.

INTERSTATE 95 09/07/04 Katrina, I saw him again tonight. He was 1 3/4 miles south of the sign and 1 mile north of 32. So, he traveled 1 3/4 miles between Friday and today. He was looking longways into the brush and was surely hunting. He is in good health. I'll leave food tomorrow. - Herb

LOCHEARN 08/24/04 Mrs. Pat McCarthy has nine newborn kittens in a box. Diane Roberts visited tonight to take them. One had already disappeared. Two had previously died. 08/03/04 Anna is home but the house will be sold.
08/05/04 Ray, Jean & Herb clean the kitchen and numerous litter boxes. House is covered in feces and unfit for habitation. We remove One gray Mother and Six Gray Kittens; Mom Black Mother with five Newborn Kittens and one emaciated small Calico.
08/06/04 Elsie & Anna are grateful for our help. They must vacate the house.

IRVINGTON - 105 S Collins 09/06/04 Herb finds three kittens and Slender Tangerine rumaging in trash can.
09/07/04 Herb meets homeowner, Tamela Taylor, who had given several of her indoor litters to the MDSPCA. Her own mother cat was given to a neighbor. She gives permission to trap the cats. Herb sees Tabby Mother and three kittens: White, Tuxedo, Tabby cuddled on the outdoor steps.

09/18/04 by Herb Morrison: I discovered my buddies' body tonight. She was hit on right side of head meaning he was crossing towrds the feed station. Her body was probably moved onto the dirt by a driver. She was last present on 09/12/04 but absent 09/15/04. She was probably killed that day. On 09/19/04, when wrapping his body, another Tuxedo Cat with long "V" on chest was sitting straight up and watching from behind the fence. I brought food from the van and he was gone.

1621 BANK ST. 21231 Homeless cat management by Lisa Wilson & husband, Jaime. The fourteen population are:
(3) Tuxedo w/ stripe nose; (2) new Tabbies: Gray/White Chest Fluff; Ruffie-Black & White fluff; (3) small blacks; (2) Big Gray fluff; Great Black Male (1) Tabby Mom who had Our Vet Care.
08/14/04: Transported to Peggy Bailey farm: (1) Tabby; (1) Bethel Tabby; (1) Black Youngster; (1) Bethel Orange; (5) Bethel Kittens.
08/14/04: Herb transports four adults and five kittens to Peggy Bailey farm in Mench, PA. One Tabby and One Black Youngster from Lisa's alley plus Big Orange and probably Tabby Mom from Bethel alley were relocated with all kittens from Bethel alley.
All received Our Vet Care at Eastern Animal Hospital and Academy Animal Hospital.
UPDATE: 08/23/04 Re-located to the Bailey farm maybe resulted in loss of all cats/kittens due to pre-mature release.
