05/18/06 IRVINGTON - 3218 Leeds - Shaneen Johnson Black/White Dog has distemper due to no vaccinations. Her failure cost us $1100.00
We admitted her at our expense to Eastern Animal Hospital overnight expense was $769
She rallied overnight and was transferred to Academy AH. for month long care - expense was $300 for toal of $1100.

05/19/06 BANK ST - Gough & Broadway vacant house - Shirley transfers to us three eight-week kittens #12453 who are trans'd to Defenders
Also, we accepted the Calico Youngster who Shirley found at that time about 04/30/06. The four found adopting homes on: 05/25/06 05/26/06 05/28/06.
05/25/06 2456 McCulloh St - Espina's abandoned mother "Maya" and five kittens were euthanized today due to sudden, severe distemper. They were born 04/16/06 and Maya was not vaccinated
05/25/06 IRVNGTON - 3218 Leeds - Black/White dog returned to Shaneen Johnson and is counseled by Dr Lewis at Academy AH. She agrees to pay $160 in June to spay and vaccinate the dog.
05/26/06 NORTH AVE & PENN AVE - Picked up Black Kitten from "Keisha" for exam, vaccine at Academy AH.
05/29/06 2456 McCulloh St - Espina's abandoned Gray Youngster #12442 adopted through Defenders today.
05/29/06 BANK ST - 335 Dallas Ct - Picked up Tame Gray Youngster w/ Collar ~ 8 months. Receives Our Vet Care at Academy AH. and boards there until 7/1/6 when he is transferred to Defenders as #12548
He stays at Defenders until 7/22/06 when he returns to Academy. Finally discharged to Herb in October 2006.
05/29/06 BANK ST - 202 Dallas Ct - Picked up Tabby "Sparkle" from Loretta Simpson. Sparkle gets Our Vet Care at Eastern AH then boards at Academy AH until 7/1/6.
She is transferred to Defenders until 0722/06 then returns to Academy. Finally adopted by Denise & Charlie Vipperman in October 2006.

JUNE, 2006 IRVINGTON - 3212 Leeds St - Tenant "Marlow" had brought home a tame Pit Bull 06/16/06 and called Herb for help. Herb took 50 lbs kibble on 06/19/06 telling Al Savage & Marlow that we would return for posession of dog. Neighbor says that night Al Savage and Marlow sold the kibble then on 06/21/06 released the dog into the alley. Neighbor saw the dog running and was never seen again.
