05/25/06 UPDATE: Sharmine Espina's abandoned Mom Maya and the five kittens were euthanized today due to sudden, severe distemper.

JUNE, 2006 IRVINGTON - 3212 Leeds St - Tenant "Marlow" had brought home a tame Pit Bull 06/16/06 and called Herb for help. Herb took 50 lbs kibble on 06/19/06 saying would return for dog. Neighbor says that night Al Savage and Marlow sold the kibble then on 06/21/06 released the dog into the street. Neighbor saw the dog running and never seen again.

ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION Dick Wilkinson learned in Jan 05 that a mother cat and a pair of kittens were living at a construction site. Our arrival did not discover kittens but the mother is monitored since then.
Black Mother in wooded area present: 02/10/06 seems too fat.
02/23/06 Black Mother arrived crying. Probably expecting again.
03/27/06 Gray & White Bobtail cat arrive after long absence.
04/03/06 Black Mom has White Star in chest.

02/05/06 At 228 Dallas Ct, Loretta Simpson has Black Mom & five-week old kittens.
04/05/06 Returned Loretta Simpsons' Spayed Mom. She said "Peaches " bore litter in adjacent foundation. Kittens were not found in subsequent searches and Peaches returned without them.
04/09/06 Took possession from Loretta Simpson of four Gray Tabby Kittens about 6 weeks plus Black Mother and Gray Tabby Father.
04/11/06 Mason Ct - Susie Calhouns' Black Mom is spayed today.
04/12/06 Mason Ct - Returned Black Mom to Ms. Calhoun.
04/12/06 Picked up fatally ill Gray/White Boy from courtyard. An older tenant said "I'll kick that cat."
04/13/06 The Gray/White Boy cannot eat and his internal organs are non-supportive. He is euthanized.
The tenant man says in earnest he never kicked the cat despite the childrens' assertins.
04/16/06 Mason Ct - Susies Calhouns' Wounded Gray Boy with laterla face debridement is returned to her.
